LU Farmers Market

Cooler weather brought an end to our regular market season at the end of September. Our farmers have taken a small break and are ready to get back to bringing you delicious local fare. To find out all the details on how this market works (you must preorder) check out the Winter Market Page.

Here is our shopping list for November 15. Orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12. Send orders to hopperm@lincolnu.edu

Pick up will be Saturday morning in Suite B of Lorenzo Greene Hall, 900 Leslie Boulevard. Please note, this is not our normal market season location. When ordering, please include the item, quantity, and the vendor’s name.

INVERMOS  VALLEY FARMS 

Saturday November 15th is Turkey Distribution Day. We will have plenty of extra turkeys for those who did not reserve a bird. We can freeze and hold for New Years or Christmas with a $20 deposit. The processed turkeys are Missouri State Inspected and priced at $4.50/lb

…..specify number of ribs as 3,4,5, or 7.  Approximately 2.5 lb per rib

30 day aged Cowboy Ribeyes with frenched rib bone makes a great special occasion presentation…. $17/ lb……. – 2.5 lb per rib
