Lincoln University Commencement 2018 (May 12th): A time to celebrate! 


The Lincoln University Farmers’ Market (LUFM) will be open on Saturday, May 12th
Our vendors and farmers will bring fresh and locally-grown produce for you.
Also, mark this on your calendar: on Saturday, May 19th at 9:00 a.m. there will be a no-cost YOGA class at the market. 

Afterward, stop by at the welcome table for a healthy smoothie taste (first-come-first-serve).  If you are interested in participating in this yoga session at the market, let us know by e-mailing: by Friday, May 18th. Ms. Mobley is an E-RYT 500 Professional Yoga Teacher. Hope you can make it!!

Do you know what is in season at the LUFM? Here are some examples: ready to eat, gluten-free mini-quiche (spinach, mushroom or with beef sticks), frozen gluten-free quiche,  leaf lettuce & wilted lettuce, basil, tomato seedlings, kale and kale chips, white icicle radishes, green onions, spinach, cucumbers, grass-fed and finished beef (ground beef extra lean, ground beef lean), filet mignon, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, strip steak, flat iron steak, flank steak, short ribs, liver, soup bones, beef sticks, beef jerky (no MSG, nitrates, or nitrites), goat milk fudge (chocolate, peanut butter, coconut), goat milk soap (French green clay, lavender, coffee and caramelized sugar, turmeric), gentle soap with essential oils and no artificial ingredients, free range eggs, microgreens, oatmeal and dill bread, multi-grain bread (freshly milled hard red, white wheat berries and organic Kamut), cranberry multigrain, cinnamon rolls, Ezekiel fasting bread (freshly milled spelt, red wheat berries, beans, barley, millet and lentils), Conejoe’s Cookies (freshly milled whole grain and crispy oat), banana nut bread (freshly milled pastry wheat berries), apple, sweet potato and pecan pies, (three-tier, cream cheese icing), tamales (chicken and pork), pecans and selection of local jewelry and home crafts.
