The Winter Market returns on November 3rd, 2018!
Our 2018-2019 Winter Vendor Drop-Off runs on the following Saturdays
- November 3rd
- November 17th
- December 1st.
- December 15th
- January 5th
- January 19th
- February 2nd
- February 16th
- March 2nd
- March 16th
On each of those Saturdays, Vendors will be selling products through pre-orders. Our drop-off time period will be for picking up and paying for your goods. While we have an hour for pickup, if you can arrive early on the hour, that would be best!
Vendor Drop-Off is located at Lorenzo Greene Hall, Suite B, room 123, 900 Leslie Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO.
Time: Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
This is how it works:
1. On the Friday of the week before each scheduled drop-off day, we will post a list of vendors and their available items on this website and through our email list. If you would like to be added to our email list contact Maria Isabel Jacome, Market Manager, at jacomealvarezM@lincolnu.edu.
2. Send your order to jacomealvarezM@lincolnu.edu. The order submission deadline for the corresponding Saturday delivery will be Wednesday at 5 p.m. of the day preceding the drop-off day. Please include a contact phone # where you can be reached on Saturday morning (in case of bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances).
3. On Saturday morning, vendors will have your items ready for pickup from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. You pick up your items and pay for your purchase. Easy as pie (sweet potato pie!).
